To commence discussions on any topic you need to pay a fee in advance. The payment you make will determine whether it is a telecon or a face to face meeting. The fees here are discounted fees for pre-contractual discussions on a matter.

Face-to-Face Meetings

Telephone Meetings:
VAT is applicable to all telephone meetings. If you believe that you are not subject to paying VAT see details below. If you wish to book a telephone meeting, these are available in 15 minute (€50 ex VAT) intervals to a maximum of 30 minutes (€100 ex VAT). From the above dropdown menu select:

If you want us to review material ahead of a 15 minute phone call such as a short business strategy or presentation/deck, you need to select 30 minutes to cover our preparation and phone attendance time. |

VAT is applicable to all face to face meetings. If you believe that you are not subject to paying VAT see details below. If you wish to book a Face-Face Meeting, these are available in 30 minute (€150 ex VAT) to a maximum of 60 minutes (€300 ex VAT). From the above dropdown menu select:
If you choose not to use the drop down menu, go to this page and pay €184.50 for a 30 Face-to-Face Meeting (i.e. €150 + 23% VAT) or €369.00 for a 60 minute Telephone Meeting (i.e. €300 + 23% VAT). The minimum Face to Face Meeting time is 30 minutes. If you want us to review material ahead of a meeting such as a short business strategy or presentation/deck, you need to pay for 60 minutes to cover 30 mins preparation and 30 mins meeting attendance time. If you wish to meet for an hour as well as have us review your material, we will need to €553.50 (i.e. €450 + 23% VAT) for that 90 mins of time commitment. |
*VAT
- If you are EU or UK based, you must pay VAT at 23%. The exception is certain business customers (B2B customers) depending on where the business customer is based. If you are a B2B customer and believe VAT is not applicable we will require proof of your VAT registration in another EU Member State (and UK) or proof that you are a taxable person in a country outside of the European Union.
- If you are non-EU based, VAT may not need to be levied if your a non-business customer (i.e. B2C customer).
- If you are a believe that VAT is not payable, email us (helloATmeetingfeeDOTcom) explaining why VAT is not applicable. If we can confirm that you are not subject to VAT, we will send you an email with a non-VAT payment link.
